How far do you travel?
We’ll go wherever your event takes us. Events beyond a 2 hour drive from Vancouver, require a travel fee. We also fly for out-of-province events.

Based in Vancouver, BC, serving all over the Lower Mainland and beyond.
What makes this different from an audio guestbook?
Video captures the magic—watch your guests’ expressions, hear their laughter, and truly feel their energy. It’s a far more personal experience.
How long does setup take?
Setup is fast and seamless—everything will be in place before your guests arrive or cocktail hour begins.
How many people can leave a message?
Unlimited. Guests can record individually or in groups throughout the event.
Will someone be there to help?
Yes—either the owner or a team member will set up and ensure the station is ready. It's self‑operated but fully supported.
When do I receive the highlight video?
Typically within 1 week after your event (potentially sooner outside of busy season).
Is there a recording limit?
Each recording is limited to 60 seconds—just enough time to keep it short, heartfelt, and memorable.
Does it take photos as well?
Yes! With professional lighting, guests can capture high‑quality selfies just before recording.
Can we make a downpayment to hold the reservation?
No—full payment is required upon booking.
What if you don't show up to my wedding after we've booked and paid?
You’ll receive a full refund. Contracts are signed before payment to protect both parties.
What if we want more hours?
We’re passionate about what we do and committed to capturing as much content as possible for your event—if needed, we’re happy to squeeze in an extra hour at no additional cost.
